We notarize documents such as Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, ICBC forms, Insurance Proofs of Loss, "Still Alive" Declarations, Invitation letters (in English). We also certify copies of original documents. If you would like certified or notarized copies, please bring in the original document(s) and we will make the copies.

Minor children travelling - it is strongly recommended that children travelling alone or with one parent carry a consent letter for each and every trip abroad. Here is a Sample Consent Letter that you can prepare prior to coming in for an appointment to have it notarized.

We will also place a red seal on all notarized documents that will be used outside of BC.

When you come in to have a document notarized, you will be asked to present two pieces of current identification:

• one being a valid BC Drivers License or Passport, and
• a secondary piece such as a BC Care Card.

   

If your document is being used outside of Canada, please bring in your valid Passport so we may prepare a Form 10 Notarial Certificate for you.
