We are one of the first BC offices to use the Electronic Filing System in the Land Title Office and we continue to use that system today. E-filing allows us, as your notary to:

  • reduce costs, including courier charges
  • conduct faster Land Tile Office registrations,
  • register simultaneous same day closings,
  • use faxed title transfer and mortgage documents from anywhere in the world,
  • save paper.

 

Embracing technology, as your notary, we give you our Premier service by:

  1. providing you with your closing documents for preview, prior to your appointment with us,
  2. signing documents electronically (reduces paper use),
  3. giving you all signed documents in electronic format (also reduces paper use).

 

Our clients, first time home buyers and sellers, especially, have found that our Premier service has made the process simpler, and many have remarked it has helped give them peace of mind during the transaction.
